1. What is the Cyvatar and Mastercard Offer?
The Cyvatar and Mastercard Offer provides eligible Mastercard cardholders with significant discounts on custom annual cybersecurity subscription plans. These plans include a range of cybersecurity solutions tailored to protect small businesses.

2. Who is eligible for this offer?
This offer is available to new Cyvatar customers who hold an eligible U.S.-issued Mastercard BusinessCard® or Debit Mastercard BusinessCard® that has been enrolled by their Financial Institution in Mastercard’s Business Builder Program. 

3. What plans are available under this offer and what discounts are provided?

4. How do I redeem the offer?
To redeem the offer, you must purchase one of the eligible annual plans through the designated Cyvatar Microsite (https://learn.cyvatar.ai/mastercard ) using an eligible Mastercard card. The discount will be applied each month for the first 12 months of your annual subscription.

5. Can I use a digital wallet to redeem the offer?
Currently, transactions made using Apple Pay, PayPal, and other forms of digital wallets do not qualify for this offer. 

6. What if I already have a Cyvatar subscription?
This offer is available only to new Cyvatar customers. Existing customers are not eligible, and it does not apply to current subscriptions. 

7. How long is the offer valid?
The offer must be redeemed by August 6th, 2026.

8. Can I combine this offer with other promotions?
No, this offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

9. How will my personal information be handled?
Cyvatar will handle your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. How do I renew my subscription?
Subscriptions will automatically renew for the same subscription term that was signed up for unless either party provides at least 30 days written notice of termination before the end of the initial term.  Subscription will renew at then current price

Termination & Renewal Terms: Order(s) placed hereunder shall be effective as soon as executed and are non-cancelable AT THE END OF THE INITIAL SUBSCRIPTION TERM, EACH ORDER SHALL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR THE SAME SUBSCRIPTION TERM SPECIFIED IN THE THEN-CURRENT ORDER FOR THE EXACT SAME CYVATAR CYBERSECURITY SOLUTION(S), AND SUBSCRIPTION PARAMETERS. HOWEVER, SUBSCRIPTION FEES UPON RENEWAL SHALL NOT INCLUDE ANY DISCOUNT THAT WAS APPLIED TO THE INITIAL SUBSCRIPTION TERM SET FORTH IN THIS OFFER (EACH, A “RENEWAL TERM”). THE ORDER SHALL AUTOMATICALLY BE RENEWED FOR A RENEWAL TERM UNLESS EITHER PARTY PROVIDES A THIRTY (30) DAY WRITTEN NOTICE OF TERMINATIONA BEFORE THE END OF THE SUBSCRIPTION TERM. 
Termination: This subscription is non-cancelable during the Initial Term. The Customer may elect to terminate the automatic renewal of the subscription by providing written notice to Cyvatar.ai at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the Initial Term. If no such notice is received by Cyvatar.ai within this period, the subscription will automatically renew for successive terms as outlined above.
